Participation Time Lines

The entries for the June 2024 session will open as per schedules.

In case your entry is selected in Level 2 – Grand Finale please read the following instructions carefully.

To participate in Level 2 – Grand Finale please follow the following guidelines:

• Log in to the Participant Dashboard of domsartleague.com on 28th May 2024 between 9 am to 9 pm.

• The Level 2 – Grand Finale exam topic will be displayed on your dashboard as per your grade respectively.

• Scroll down and click the “Start Level 2 – Grand Finale” button.

• You will be taken to the Level 2 – Grand Finale Winner’s Dashboard for participating in Level 2 – Grand Finale of DOMS Art League.

• Click on the button “Click here to Participate in Level 2 – Grand Finale”

• You will be prompted to grant permissions for screen sharing and webcam access.

• Follow the on-screen instructions to allow these permissions.

• When prompted, click on the option to share your entire screen.

• The exam duration is 2 hours.

• Once you finish the exam, click on “End Exam” to be taken back to the participant dashboard page.

• On the dashboard page, you will find an option to submit the 2 photographs.

o Take a clear photo of your artwork with your Name and Grade written on the Artwork.

o Take a second image of you holding your artwork.

• Once submitted, your artwork will be displayed in the “My Artwork” section.

Note:

• Ensure your internet and webcam are functioning properly throughout the exam.

• Please note this is a Live proctored exam so consider this as a live art test.

• Please do the artwork in front of the camera and ensure to click the end button once you have completed the exam.

• Please do not leave the view of the camera at any time during the exam.

Participation Time Lines

Participation Period – 1st to 20th of Every Month
Participation entries will close on the 20th of every month.
On the 21st of every month, the TOP 100 Qualifiers will receive an email, can also check this page to see if you have qualified for the TOP 100.
The TOP 100 Qualifiers will proceed to the People’s Choice Award.
The audience will then vote for best artworks.
The TOP 5 Winners will be declared on the 5th of the following month and will be issued the Gold Winner Certificate.

Are there any specific guidelines for the artwork such as type of paper and tools are to be used?

Participants can use any tools that they are comfortable with on drawing paper any size.

What is the criteria to enroll more than one child?

To register more than one child for the DOMS Art League, simply use a unique email address for each child during the sign-up process. This ensures each child has their own enrollment record.
